Online Boxing Course

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 30, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Online Boxing Course website and course offered by Daniel Young LLC. By using the site or purchasing the course, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing or training.

1. Who we are

The course is operated by Daniel Young LLC, P.O. Box 222, Edmonds, WA 98020, United States. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Daniel Young LLC.

2. Your purchase and access

The course costs $97 USD as a one-time payment for lifetime access, with no subscription or recurring course fee. Your purchase includes the animated audiobook, instructor videos, and bonus reading section. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; course access is granted after payment is confirmed.

Lifetime access applies to this purchased course, not to a promise of live coaching, future separate products, or uninterrupted website availability. We may update materials or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

3. 30-day money-back policy

If the course is not right for you, you may request a full refund of your course purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. Use our contact form, choose “Refund request,” and include the email address used to purchase and your receipt or order reference if available. Do not send card details or your password.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider. Access to the refunded course ends when the refund is processed. After the 30-day window, refunds are not guaranteed, except where required by law. This policy does not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights.

4. Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Course access is for the individual purchaser; do not share or sell your account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms and authorize your purchase and participation. The site is not intended for children under 13.

5. Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for your own learning. The videos, audiobook, text, illustrations, and other course materials remain the property of Daniel Young LLC or their respective rights holders. Do not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly screen, or upload the materials elsewhere without written permission, except where applicable law allows. Do not bypass access controls or use the site unlawfully.

6. Boxing and exercise safety

Boxing, conditioning, and physical training involve risks, including serious injury. The course provides general educational information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for qualified in-person instruction. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or concerns about exercising safely.

Train within your abilities, use appropriate equipment and a safe space, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Do not attempt sparring or contact drills without qualified supervision and appropriate protection. You choose whether and how to participate and accept the ordinary risks of physical training. For a suspected concussion or other serious injury, stop training and seek medical care.

7. Results and availability

Individual results depend on factors such as experience, health, practice, and instruction. We do not guarantee a particular fitness outcome, skill level, competitive result, or ability to defend yourself. We aim to keep the course available, but technical interruptions can occur. Contact us if you have trouble accessing your purchase.

8. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, Daniel Young LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the course. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any protected consumer rights. The safety guidance above does not excuse conduct for which we remain legally responsible.

9. Account restrictions

We may restrict or suspend an account for material violations of these terms, such as distributing paid materials, sharing access, or attempting to compromise site security. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and offer an opportunity to resolve it. Restrictions do not override refund rights or other remedies required by law.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms and will show the revision date on this page. Material changes will not retroactively reduce the purchase or refund rights promised when you bought the course. These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, subject to any mandatory protections under the laws where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

12. Contact us
